AH-MAZING! I still swoon over your pendant light above your dining table every time I see it. (And I just noticed your bench stools for the first time. They’re gorgeous! Such a huge change, you should be so proud 🙂

It is nice, actually dealing with red flag fire conditions right now, its so not January here!…Grateful to live and work here for sure but it lacks depth… i know your weather can be brutal, but to be held up in a great house like that…Ill take the cold…thanks again for sharing. The changes done are amazing all around! I am looking to buy an older home and slowly but surely remodel/modernize it. This just made me want to do it even more!

I really like the first floor and the changes with the kitchen dining room. Really seems to open the room up and create flow between the rooms.

  Thanks Kate! We used Benjamin Moore’s Revere Pewter throughout the first floor and in the upstairs hall. I think its the most perfect graige!
